Medical, Educational and Examination Disclaimer
Version 1.0 · Effective 6 August 2026
1. Independence from examination bodies
PassPrep is an independent educational platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or accredited by the Academy of Family Physicians of Malaysia (AFPM), the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), or any body involved in conducting the icFRACGP/MAFP Conjoint Part 1 Applied Knowledge Test. References to the examination and its governing bodies describe the subject matter this platform prepares candidates for — nothing more.
2. Original preparation material
PassPrep questions are independently written educational material. They are not actual, leaked or recalled examination questions, and PassPrep does not use confidential examination materials. Content is written to reflect the style and standard of the examination, not to reproduce it.
3. No guarantee of examination outcomes
Preparing with PassPrep does not guarantee that you will pass the icFRACGP/MAFP Part 1 AKT or achieve any particular score. Examination performance depends on many factors beyond any single preparation resource.
4. Not clinical advice
All content on PassPrep — including clinical vignettes, answer explanations, learning points and guideline references — exists for examination preparation only. It is not medical advice, is not a clinical decision-making tool, and must never be used to diagnose, treat or manage real patients. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating practitioner, guided by current official guidelines, local protocols and independent clinical judgement.
5. Accuracy and currency of content
Medical knowledge and clinical guidelines change. We work to keep content accurate and aligned with current published guidance, but we do not guarantee that every question, explanation or reference is free from error or reflects the most recent guideline revision. If you believe something is wrong, please report it through the in-question report tool or email support@passprep.app.
6. Guideline references
Explanations may cite published clinical practice guidelines (for example Malaysian CPGs or RACGP guidelines) as learning sources. These citations identify publicly available publications and do not imply any relationship between PassPrep and their publishers. Always consult the current official version of a guideline for clinical use.
7. Part of our terms
This disclaimer forms part of the PassPrep Terms of Service. Questions about it can be sent to support@passprep.app.
