PassPrep is an independently operated Malaysian educational platform that provides online preparation material for the icFRACGP/MAFP Conjoint Part 1 Applied Knowledge Test (AKT). PassPrep is independently operated in Malaysia by its owner. You can contact us at support@passprep.app.
These Terms of Service govern your use of PassPrep. They should be read together with our Privacy Notice and our Medical, Educational and Examination Disclaimer, both of which form part of these terms. By creating an account or using PassPrep you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe. PassPrep is intended for medical practitioners and postgraduate examination candidates and is not directed at children.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
PassPrep provides a question bank with practice sessions, answer explanations, learning points, guideline references, progress analytics, bookmarks and related study tools. Features described as planned or coming soon are not part of the current subscription and may change or never launch. A small set of free preview questions is available without an account; full access requires a paid subscription.
The current subscription price is RM 39.90 per month. No additional tax is currently added at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month and the payment method you provide is charged at each renewal until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; PassPrep does not store your card details.
We may change subscription pricing in the future. If we do, we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice before a new price applies to their renewal.
If you are a first-time subscriber and you are not satisfied, your first RM 39.90 payment is refundable on request — without any conditions on how much you have used the platform — provided you email support@passprep.app within three calendar days of that first payment.
Renewal payments are not refundable, except where a payment was a duplicate charge, resulted from a billing error, or where a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under Malaysian consumer protection law.
Cancelling your subscription does not by itself request a refund — to request one, email us as described above. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; how long the money takes to reach you depends on your payment provider and bank.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription page in the app, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for: you keep access until that date, and you are not charged again.
Cancelling a subscription and deleting your account are separate actions. You can delete your account from the account page. To protect you from losing paid access or leaving an active billing arrangement behind, account deletion is not available while you have a subscription that is active, in a payment-retry state, or part-way through checkout — cancel first and let the paid period end, or contact support for help. Account deletion is permanent and removes your study history; some records are retained after deletion as described in the Privacy Notice.

All questions, explanations, learning points, graphics, branding and other educational materials on PassPrep are the intellectual property of PassPrep or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own examination preparation only. Names of examination bodies and guideline publishers are used solely to describe the subject matter of the platform and remain the property of their respective owners.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the platform without obligation to you. Your answers and study records remain yours; we use them to operate the service as described in the Privacy Notice.
We may suspend or terminate an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms — for example, bulk copying of content or sharing account access. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.
We may modify or discontinue the platform or parts of it. If PassPrep is discontinued entirely, we will give subscribers reasonable notice and will not charge further renewals after that notice.
PassPrep is an examination preparation tool, not a source of clinical advice, and is not affiliated with any examination body. Content is provided on an "as is" basis and, while we work to keep it accurate and current, we do not guarantee that it is free from error. Please read the full Medical, Educational and Examination Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, PassPrep is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including examination outcomes, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid to PassPrep in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Malaysian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify subscribers — for example by email or an in-app notice — before the changes take effect. Continued use of PassPrep after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
